OSEA Chapter 102, Representing the Classified Employees of the West Linn-Wilsonville School District
Governor Brown's Dec. 23 announcement has school districts across the state scrambling to determine how best to reopen schools
safely and equitably. West Linn-Wilsonville is no exception, and the School Board will meet Monday, Jan. 11, to plot a path forward.
Community and staff may send comments and concerns for the Board's consideration to douglask@wlkwv.k12.or.us. Emails must be received
by 9 a.m. Monday morning.
The Chapter held a special meeting to discuss Classified needs for returning, and how to present them to the district. Video of
the meeting, and a link to the attendant chat session are below, as well as the district's current blueprint for reopening.
All sides are waiting for the revised ODE guidlines to be released Jan. 19.
To protect the health and safety of our members, the Executive Committee met with the district administration to negotiate a Memorandum of Understanding.
